Volve Media™ is NOT a Registered Credit Provider or Bank.
Volve Media and its associated solutions, including Credit Builder Flow (CBF), operate strictly as an automotive marketing technology provider and credit rehabilitation consultancy. We are not a registered bank, financial services provider (FSP), credit bureau, or credit provider under the South African National Credit Act (NCA No. 34 of 2005).
We do not originate loans, issue vehicle asset finance, approve credit applications, extend credit agreements, or establish underwriting criteria. All lending and vehicle finance approval decisions are executed exclusively and independently by registered credit providers and authorized financial institutions (such as WesBank, MFC / Nedbank, Absa Vehicle Finance, Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance, and associated motor financiers).
No Guarantee of Vehicle Finance Approval
While the Credit Builder Flow (CBF) assists automotive dealerships and consumers by improving credit scoring factors, addressing bureau record inaccuracies, and facilitating legitimate dispute processes aligned with the National Credit Act:
- No loan approval guarantee: Lenders make independent underwriting assessments based on affordability, debt-to-income ratios, vehicle value, income stability, and proprietary risk scorecards. We cannot and do not legally guarantee vehicle finance approval.
- Turnaround times: Profile rehabilitation and score improvement times vary significantly (typically 30 to 90 days) depending on bureau update cycles, dispute verification periods, and the consumer's individual credit history.
- Past outcomes: Case studies, dealer testimonials, and past score improvements represent real experiences but do not guarantee identical outcomes for every consumer or dealership.
Revenue Projections & Audit Estimates
Any revenue calculations, lost lead recovery amounts, ROI projections, or figures produced via our Revenue Salvage Audit or promotional material are illustrative simulations.
How Projections are Formulated
Estimates are calculated using standard automotive retail benchmarks (e.g., typical lead conversion rates, average gross profit per vehicle unit, and historical credit rehabilitation recovery ratios) combined with user-supplied figures. Real-world financial results will vary depending on your dealership's F&I desk practices, vehicle inventory pricing, lead follow-up consistency, and individual consumer profile viability.
Closed-Loop Lead Ownership Guarantee
We maintain a strict closed-loop attribution protocol:
- Customer leads enrolled into the Credit Builder Flow from your dealership are hardcoded to your specific dealership account.
- We will never resell, redirect, auction, or cross-sell your dealership's leads to competitor dealerships.
- When a customer reaches an approval-ready credit status, they are routed back exclusively to the originating dealership for vehicle delivery.
POPIA & Privacy Compliance
Volve Media complies strictly with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA No. 4 of 2013).
- All customer contact and credit optimization assistance is conducted strictly on a permission-basis with verifiable customer consent.
- We never conduct unauthorized credit checks.
- Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is handled in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
